Blackwell Golf Club was formed in 1893 it was a nine hole course and was later extended to an 18 hole course in 1923.

Blackwell is a club with a small membership which means the game can be enjoyed on an uncrowded course.

Visitors can play by prior arrangement on any weekday. Tuesday is Ladies day.

Societies are welcome at Blackwell on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and even some occasional Tuesday Afternoons.
